TopSpeakingDocs is a global network of the top speakers in the disciplines of sciences and humanities, and is available to the practitioners of these fields for continuing education purposes. The site also provides social networking capabilities on a regional and global basis. The purpose of this portal is to serve as an "electronic global telephone book listing for speakers".
The premise of the site is that knowledge develops, and is expressed, independent of geo-political and economic forces. Knowledge Transference can now be organized and assisted by new technologies such as the World Wide Web. The bulk of local continuing educational programs, and post graduation education, is conducted by existing organizations. From mechanical engineering and linguistics to human medical science, these organizations have provided continuing education by holding local, national and international meetings. In partnership with the existing organizational infrastructure TopSpeakingDocs will assure the consistent, ongoing availability of locally developed experts worldwide.
The increase in knowledge available to world scientists and researchers will be a catalyst in spreading, and making available, the known techniques for disease prevention, commerce and safety, and advances in cultural endeavors. TopSpeakingDocs will change the way information is transferred among the broader scientific, engineering and health care community by being the conduit for the spreading of existing practices and facilitating the introduction of new ways of looking at new and old problems.
